How and why we came to be

The idea for Westinghouse Intervention & Family Coaching came from a very simple conversation. The defining statement within that conversation was, “We will be of the greatest service to the many that need our help if we combine our unique set of educated, creative skill sets and make this commitment together.

What has truly motivated us in building such an extraordinary consultancy practice that we can call our own, is that we have the ability to always place the well being of our clients and their families first. We’ve been equally motivated by the personal experience of painful tragedies in our own lives that were directly related to untreated Addiction, Alcoholism, Trauma & Mental Health. We are committed to sparing as many families as we possibly can some of the personal tragedies that we’ve experienced in our personal and professional lives.

The greatest reason that we’ve been given to continue to follow this path has been in the long term successes and true healing of our clients family relationships that we’ve had the honor of participating in. We’ve found this work to be one of our true callings and are always humbly grateful for the opportunity to help a family in need of a real genuine solution.

Even though we are a national practice. Being based in Chicago, IL & Nashville, TN has kept our focus primarily on offering help and healing within our own communities. Especially with respect to those involved in Music and the Music Industry. Being involved in Music as well as being Behavioral Health Professionals has been known to make us uniquely helpful. It’s also not been unheard of to make use of the healing quality of music within our Intervention or Family Recovery Coaching Processes.

Molly Haines

CM, CRS

Molly Haines is a Certified Recovery Specialist and Case Manager based in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to joining Westinghouse Intervention and Family Coaching, it was Molly’s personal journey through the hopelessness of addiction to experiencing the freedom living in recovery that opened her eyes to what is truly possible. With an unwavering commitment to understanding the complexities around addiction, and seeing firsthand the value of family intervention, she has found long term recovery first, experienced restoration of broken family relationships, and true healing as a result of this work.

After spending several years following this passion on a volunteer basis, serving on the leadership board of a non-profit addiction treatment center, speaking in the community, and guiding families to helpful resources based on her personal experience, Molly felt the pull to transition from her corporate career and join this heart-lead field. She sought out experienced mentorship from Arthur Westinghouse and gratefully joined Westinghouse Intervention and Family Coaching. Our personal mission is shared, leading with empathy to deeply understand the individual and family challenges surrounding addiction while creating a non-judgmental and nurturing environment where clients feel seen, accepted, and understood at every step of the recovery process.
